Once you experience no stress at meal time, there’s no turning back. No cringing when you hear THAT question, “What’s for dinner?” With meal planning, it’s like bammmm! This article comes at a time when we’ve made a meal plan since last minute decisions were just driving us crazy. So this is kind of a reinforcement.
It never works for us for different reasons. I also do not like knowing what I exactly would eat every day and every time. I go by my feelings, and sometimes I don’t want to eat at all. It is kind of tough to eat 3 times a day. Husband just goes with what I have managed to prepare. We only cook and eat at home since I have never tolerated outside food, unless we are on the road and literally there is no other choice.
I want to be inspired when I cook and knowing ahead kills my inspiration.
